a travel agency took a picture of me during a vacation and the picture is now in a national AD. this was done without my permission. I never signed any photo release or was paid for the picture. Can i file a lawsuite against the Travel agency and what can i expect compensation wise.

The image on “tasters choice” coffee was taken during photo shoot for modeling. The model was paid for the photo shooting, but he didnt know that it was his image that became the company logo for twenty years. Once he found out he sued and won the trial because he didnt give permission to “tasters choice”. Sure you can!
